Our Expertise
Individual & Organizational Resilience Assessments
We believe that self-knowledge and organizational awareness cultivates strength and resilience.
When staff know themselves, they can better support themselves. While it is impossible to prepare for every situation ahead, our assessments address the unique personal factors that support brain health, resilience, personal wellbeing and thriving. As part of the experience, staff who complete this thorough assessment receive feedback on their results and recommendations on how to proceed.
Your staff can also be given the option to participate in individual conversations with a clinical psychologist to further discuss their results and develop a plan for building resilience. These confidential conversations combine key elements of our training with targeted discussions most relevant to the resilience and wellbeing of the participant. Because our team regularly supports staff operating in foreign countries and stress-filled assignments, they are skillful at coaching even seasoned professionals. These assessments and data are based on a large data pool of people living and working in high-stress settings.
We also know that the more you understand staff needs the more you’re able to address them. Through assessing staff risk and resilience factors, we provide a comprehensive organizational case report and advise leadership on action items to increase resiliency, coping with trauma, and self-care. These reports include de-identified data on trauma exposure and trauma vulnerability for staff as well as any issues involving vicarious trauma and/or secondary trauma and burnout. As part of these assessments we will look at variables that are essential to this work and your organization to develop an action plan with your management.
