Resilience Under Fire
Join us to provide urgent mental health support for frontline workers and create a ripple effect of resilience.
Empower frontline workers around the world.
Those working in the world’s most volatile environments, whether in humanitarian aid, journalism, healthcare, or emergency response, shoulder immense responsibility and face extraordinary risks. Their well-being directly influences the impact they have in the communities they serve.
For over 20 years, Headington Institute has been at the forefront of delivering tailored, evidence-based mental health support to these professionals. Our work ensures that the individuals on the frontlines are equipped to maintain their resilience and continue their vital missions.
Through the Resilience Under Fire 2027 campaign, we aim to raise $3,150,000 over the next three years to provide critical mental health services and resilience training to even more frontline workers, empowering them to navigate the unique psychological challenges they encounter in their work.
As global crises become more frequent and complex, the demand for these specialized services has surged. From conflict zones to disaster-stricken regions, professionals across sectors are calling for support that addresses the unique mental health needs that arise from prolonged exposure to high-stress environments.
Your contribution enables us to provide critical mental health resources to those who need it most. Together, we can ensure that frontline professionals have the resilience and psychological support to continue making an impact where it’s needed most.
